Snaring Emberly

Emberly is cornered in a nightclub by her abusive ex, and in desperation she clings to the first man she sees. That man is Roman, a mafia Don fresh out of prison and looking for a one-night stand. One night becomes two, then three, and Emberly begins to suspect she cannot leave. Whenever she asks questions, he answers with offers she finds impossible to refuse. She can't tell whether she is simply paranoid or a pawn in a much bigger game. Roman's side of the story is darker. He was jailed for a crime he did not commit and sent to death row. When he got out, all he wanted was revenge on the man who framed him, who also took his fortune and left it to his daughter, Emberly. His plan is to seduce her, make her return what belongs to him, and then kill her. But one taste of her leaves him obsessed, and his plan falls apart. Snaring Emberly is a dark mafia romance in which a revenge plot gives way to something Roman did not intend.
