Snowman

When snow falls one December morning, James is overjoyed. He spends the entire day building a snowman with coal eyes, an old green hat and scarf, and a tangerine nose, copying the one from his favourite story. That night the snowman wakes up, and the two of them rise into the sky on a magical journey that brings them face to face with someone remarkable. This full-colour gift edition was written by Michael Morpurgo with Robin Shaw, with illustrations throughout, and is meant to be shared as a family Christmas tradition. It retells Raymond Briggs' wordless 1978 picture book, which was later adapted into an animated film in 1982.
