Star Wars

This archive edition documents Hasbro's 3.75-inch Star Wars action figures from The Vintage Collection line, combining a historical account with a richly illustrated visual record. It suits newcomers to the line as well as longtime collectors, and its layout is straightforward to navigate.

Running 364 pages and weighing 4.5 pounds, the volume catalogs the figures, creatures, vehicles and playsets of The Vintage Collection. Each item receives its own entry with a detailed record and recollections from Hasbro's design and marketing teams, accompanied by high-resolution photographs. A foreword by Star Wars super-collector Steve Sansweet opens the book.

Other contents include a 32-inch fold-out showing the Millennium Falcon and Jabba's Sail Barge, known as The Khetanna; a matrix of every packaging variation for the line's figures; a timeline of Hasbro's Star Wars product lines; and a chapter on conceptual and unproduced items that never made it into The Vintage Collection.
