Starfell

Willow Moss is a witch who doesn't quite fit in, and she is the third book's main character in the Starfell series. This instalment is aimed at readers aged eight and up, and Sarah Warburton's illustrations appear throughout.

Magical children are, for the first time, being allowed to attend school with their non-magical neighbours. Willow isn't convinced by the change. She suspects the Brothers of Wol are scheming, and she wonders why they would suddenly rewrite the rules. On her first day she meets Twist, an elf girl, and the two soon take on the most pressing task Willow has faced: keeping Starfell's children safe, solving the riddle of a kingdom lost long ago, and making sure the source of all magic never falls into the wrong hands.
