Storm Lines

Olivia is a vampire who has lived for centuries and carries the weight of severe PTSD. Her fear of other people is so strong that even a routine trip to the vet with her parrot feels impossible. Her parrot can only be treated once Olivia finds a way to cope, so the visit becomes an unexpected first step toward healing.

The veterinarian, Mia Sun, understands what it means to be wounded, and over time she and Olivia form a bond that grows into something deeper. Their developing relationship is tested when someone from Olivia's past returns, determined to take away the peace she has started to build. To keep the life she hopes to share with Mia, Olivia has to push back and confront the fears she has avoided for so long.
