Strike a Pose

Sid works at Farthingdale Ranch in Wyoming, and he keeps telling himself that the life he has there is enough. He tries not to dwell on the many things he believes are out of reach or that he could do without. Then Heston, a glamorous, top-tier model from New York City, arrives to shoot a pre-fall campaign in the middle of July. Heston finds the Wyoming heat miserable: his skin is drying out, his hair is breaking, and he has a hangnail to contend with.

Then Sid, lanky and sweet, enters the picture, and Heston starts to wonder whether modeling is all there is to life.
