Sunrise point

Tom Cavanaugh, a former Marine, is back in Virgin River, the small Northern California mountain town where he grew up. His plan is to run the apple orchard his family left behind and finally put down roots. During the autumn harvest, he meets Nora Crane, a single mother who has come to lend a hand, and the two begin to grow close.

This is the Virgin River series, and the story turns on the town's tight-knit community and the slow build of a second-chance romance between two people who are ready for something lasting.
