Talent Show Magic

Destiny is thrilled when her gran gives her a magic set. She enjoys trying new things and showing them off to her family, so she signs up for the community talent show.

At the rehearsal, though, the stage looks enormous and Destiny suddenly feels shy and unsure of herself. Gran tells her there is nothing to worry about, and Destiny turns to her trusty sketchbook, doodling her ideas as a way to work through her nerves.

One of her drawings is a magic wand. She imagines that with a real one, no trick would go wrong and she would not feel nervous. When she tries the wand out, it turns out to be truly magical. But does Destiny really need it, or has the magic been inside her all along?
