Tethered

On her twenty-first birthday, Luna is handed over in marriage to a vampire royal. She had assumed it would be no stranger than the arranged unions that happen all around her, and she soon learns how wrong that assumption was.

Sebastian owes his existence to Queen Marguerite, who turned him into a vampire, and he has organized his life around her commands ever since. When she instructs him to wed and bond himself to Luna, a human from a neighboring kingdom, he complies without question, sure that the union will leave his heart untouched.

The bonding ritual meant to seal their marriage goes badly wrong and binds the two of them together through magic. They can no longer be apart, so they must share a life neither of them chose, and their survival depends on whether they can make it work.
