Texas

Maya and Texas have known each other since childhood, both woven into the lives of the Hawks Motorcycle Club. Maya has carried a crush on her brother's closest friend for nearly as long. Now an adult with more perspective, she is certain he will only ever see her as his friend's sister. Still, he keeps appearing wherever she goes, and his attention seems to be fixed on her.

Texas is sidelined by an injury, and he finds that Maya's steady, soothing company is exactly what he needs. Something shifts, and he begins to see what has been in front of him all along. He sets out to convince her that his days of casual flings are over and that he can become the partner she deserves.

This is the third book in the standalone Hawks Next Generation series. Like many of Lila's motorcycle club novels, the story pairs a love story with heat, set within the bonds of an MC family.
