The Clearing

A creature is mysteriously pulled into a clearing in the woods on a night of stormy weather. The story follows it along the way, as it settles into a comfortable sense of security that lasts until it is too late to get away. Readers who are sensitive to frightening material should be aware that the book may not suit them.
