The Drive

Among his circle he goes by the nickname Alexander the Great, though not everyone who uses it means him well. Some of those close to him want him removed, and he is shot and left in the ocean. Afterward he is falsely blamed for killing a congressman, and only a flash drive might prove he did not do it. His closest friend, once his business partner, must decide where he stands. The mob is hunting the same flash drive and comes close to kidnapping his beautiful wife. He learns of the threat from a man whose loyalties have shifted several times, from friend to reluctant enemy and finally back to ally.

The story builds to a confrontation with a ruthless adversary, a former soldier with acrobatic skill. The pace is fast and the action is constant, and the plot keeps turning in unexpected directions.
