The Emerald Tablet

Seven teenagers are all that stand between the world and total ruin. Shaun is still consumed by rage after losing his mother. Then his father makes a desperate choice that unleashes parasitic hell-beasts across the planet, and Shaun finds himself facing a far larger battle than he ever expected. Kevin believed his nation was safe from the plague that drives ordinary people into violent madness, but as the crisis spreads, he discovers an extraordinary power that may be the only thing able to save Earth. Sophia dreads the role God has laid out for her. Haunted by visions of the planet's destruction, she prays that she can reach her allies before humanity is lost.

As doomsday draws closer, the teens must decide whether they are willing to accept the destiny before them, with time running out. The story moves through apocalyptic international settings and follows mystical connections that bind the characters together.
