The Five R's

Three young friends meet a woman whose sorrow seems too raw to question. Rather than be wary, they offer her kindness: they listen to her, help her and come to trust her. They do not realise that grief can be staged as a weapon, or that a story can be built to draw people in.

Their sympathy gradually turns into doubt. By the time they try to step away, someone has already been killed. The police inquiry that follows is not only a hunt for a killer. It also drags up secrets buried for decades, relationships that broke long ago, and truths that were meant to stay hidden.

The Five R's is a psychological thriller in which the truth keeps splintering, moral lines blur, and old wrongs reach out to claim those they have chosen.
