The Kill List
About This Book
Deep in northern Virginia sits a secret organization called the Technical Operations Support Activity, or TOSA. Its single purpose is to hunt down and eliminate the people considered too dangerous to the United States to be left alive. Their names appear on a tightly guarded document known only as the Kill List. A new entry has just been added. He is known as the Preacher, a terrorist of chilling skill who recruits and radicalizes young Muslims living in Western countries, then sends them out to carry out assassinations. His influence reaches far beyond what any one man should be able to manage, and his followers strike without warning. Then the Preacher makes a costly mistake. One of the men he has marked for death is a retired Marine general, and that general's son happens to be TOSA's best tracker of human targets. What was once a matter of policy becomes a personal fight, and the pursuit begins in earnest. Frederick Forsyth builds this thriller around modern counterterrorism, covert operations and the long chase of one elusive enemy.
