Twenty Three

Kay Miller has just taken up a post as Deputy Sheriff on Vinalhaven Island, a quiet Maine community. Before long, a wave of killings turns the island into something close to the murder capital of the country, and Kay finds herself in the middle of it.

Kay is the most recent recruit to the Knox County Sheriff's Department. She works alongside Maine State Detectives Abercrombie and Winters to piece together how the murders happened, identify who is responsible, and see them brought to justice. The story is a fast-moving murder mystery with plenty of suspense and action.
