Whoops!

This gentle story presents everyday events using single-word text, which leaves the narrative open and allows grown-up readers to individualize the story for toddlers. Filled with bold, bright watercolor illustrations, the familiar scenes show children as they laugh, play, and get into mischief. Their actions provide the opportunity for youngsters who are following along to use fun words like “yuck!” and “all gone,” as well as common first words such as “hi,” “please,” “thank you,” and “bye-bye,” making this book a perfect next step from first-word books. The large, durable “toddler-proof” format is perfect for sharing and learning.
