Winter's Keep

Velda has been overthrown and the Storm Laws are no more, so hundreds of young Storm Weavers can expect their stolen clouds to return to them. The first cloud ever taken, however, belonged to Tamar's last apprentice, the sea witch.

When Heather comes back hoping to put the past behind her, the first person she seeks out is Stella. Stella has good reason to wonder whether a sea witch can be trusted at all. Is she looking for a fresh start, or is she plotting one final act of vengeance?

Meanwhile, the Teran is rising from the depths, and his icy grip on the island is tightening. Stella and her friends must fight to protect the weather as everyone knows it.
