You Turn

For more than forty years, Dr A.V. Anoop has been at the helm of the AVA Group of Companies as its managing director, steering the growth of Medimix, an Ayurvedic bath soap brand. In You Turn he looks back on that long career in his own words.

The memoir follows a path shaped by upheavals, chance encounters and the choices he made along the way. He writes as a business leader, but also as an activist, a philanthropist and a filmmaker, and he fills his account with uplifting anecdotes and practical guidance drawn from his experience.

Dr Anoop has received the Mahatma Gandhi Peace Foundation Award, the A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Award and the Red Cross Award. Alongside his business achievements, he is known for his charitable work and for his place in the film industry.
