Your Every Move

Dana is a young mother whose finances and state of mind are both in poor shape. One day, after dropping her children at school, she finds a bag of cash hidden under a bush. It looks like a stroke of luck, but the discovery soon sours. Threatening letters start to arrive, signed by someone calling themselves her "number one fan." The writer refers to the years when Dana was a well-known actress on an Australian soap opera, and makes it clear they know about the money.

Frightened and regretting that she ever picked up the cash, Dana becomes suspicious of everyone around her. She feels pressured into obeying her correspondent's increasingly demanding and strange orders. When her children are threatened, she must find the strength to fight back against the person stalking her.

Standing up to this unseen pursuer also forces Dana to confront the secrets of her own past, which she must face if she hopes to get her life back on track.
